Upon arrival to MSP, please proceed by following the sign to ground transportation and Hotel Shuttle located in level 1 of the gold ramp. Please board The DoubleTree by Hilton Shuttle.

For those arriving at Terminal 2, they must call the hotel at 952-835-7800 and press 0 to reach the Hotel Operator. State that you have arrived at Terminal 2 and are requesting a pickup. Please provide your name, phone number and the number of people in your party. The shuttle will pick up at Terminal 2 on the way back from Terminal 1 after the top of the hour.

The hotel automatically picks up at Terminal 1 at the top of every hour starting at 5am, 6am, 7am etc. The last automatic pickup at Terminal 1 is at 12am.

Spouse or domestic partner who meet the same age and drivers' license requirement are authorized drivers at no additional cost. Additional driver must be present at the rental pick up and most be on the rental contract. $20 per day for each additional driver.

This location allows after hours or early return using our key drop off management system. This location is open 24/7 but prior notice is required for documentation. A vehicle return after hours will not be checked until next business day. Customer is responsible for the vehicle until we checked in the rental the next business day.

The renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle. Insurance from outside the US is not accepted. Optional insurance is not required to rent a vehicle. Collision Damage Waiver-CDW allows renter to not be held financially responsible for loss or damage to the rental vehicle when used in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

We required full coverage for all our cars. If you are using 3rd party insurance, there will be an additional $29.99 a day for liability coverage.

Renter can purchase additional insurance on our website during reservation. Our insurance is secondary to any other insurance coverage available to you. Customer is required to provide full coverage insurance that is transferable to our car rentals before picking up.

Our rentals are only allowed to be driven in the Unites States. Vehicles are restricted into Canada and Mexico.Local drivers and those unable to provide a return airline ticket will be limited to 200 free miles per day.

Forms of Payment Credit Qualifications/Requirements: To qualify to rent our vehicles, the renter must present at the time of rental a current driver's license and valid major credit card in the renter's own name with available credit. At the time of rental, an authorization hold will be secured on the credit/debit card provided, to cover the estimated rental charges and any additional charges that may be incurred. These funds will not be available for your use. We may place an authorization amount of up to US$ 200.00 for credit card and US$ 500.00 for debit card, plus the estimated charges on a customer's card, given certain conditions that will be outlined at time of rental. Debits cards. Additional authorizations (holds) will be obtained if the vehicle is not returned on the date/time noted on the Rental Agreement or if the original terms of the rental change which result in additional charge. Acceptable Charge Cards American Express / MasterCard / Diners Club / Discover / JCB / Visa / China Union Pay. Using Debit Cards to Qualify for a Rental this location, debit cards under a VISA, MasterCard and Discover logo which draw funds directly from the cardholder's account may be used at the outset of a rental to qualify for the rental where the following requirements are met: Vehicle class reserved is Compact through Fullsize ONLY.
We do not accept online debt cards and prepaid git cards.

All vehicles should be returned with the same level of fuel as when rented in order to avoid a refueling charge. Prepaid fuel options are available. Please ask for details at the rental counter. Credit is not issued for any unused fuel.

All renters are required to have a valid drivers license and a current credit card in his or her own name. Renters must also provide their home and local addresses as well as two telephone numbers where they can be reached. International renters will also be required to present a valid passport and a copy of their return airline ticket. Local drivers and those unable to provide a return airline ticket will be limited to 200 free miles per day. Additional drivers must meet the same criteria as the primary driver. Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 will be charged a surcharge of $20.00/day. No one under the age of 21 can rent or drive the vehicle.
