  • PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

    Nextcar of Tallahassee is located off airport, please call us at 850-942-1389 upon arrival, we will pick you up outside of the baggage claim area.
    Reservations will be considered NO SHOW after 2 hours from the reserved pick up time.

  • PAY LATER POLICY

    All customers must present proof of airline travel at time of rental.  Rates are for reservations booked online. All rates based on 24 hr day, 7 day week. Rates for phone reservations may differ. Rates are for class of vehicle, models may vary. Quoted rates are for one driver, over 25, with a major credit card. Debit cards are not considered major credit cards. Rented vehicles can not leave the state of Florida. Rates include limited mileage based on the size of the vehicle. Vehicles are rented clean with Fuel and must be returned the same way or additional charges will apply. 

    All renters must present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental. Patrons from outside of the U.S. must present a valid international driver’s license, accompanied with a valid passport. In addition, international patrons must validate the date of entry stamp and are limited to a rental period of up to 28 days.  All U.S. driver’s licenses are subject to inquiry.  Restricted, temporary or any other types of driver’s licenses are subject to company discretion.  Vehicle must be fully covered, whether by renter's own policy or by a policy purchased through the store.  Renters ages of 21-24 are welcome with an additional underage charge of  $25 USD per day. Vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as rented to avoid a refueling service charge of $9.99 per gallon.  
     
    Customers who rent either a 12 or 15 passenger van are required to present at the time of rental a valid insurance certificate with $1,000.00 excess liability coverage naming Executive as an additional insured for the entire rental period.  Please be advised that renting a 12-15 passenger van will require all drivers above the age of 25.

  • ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

    Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement at a fee of $5.00 per driver, per day.
    All drivers must carry full coverage insurance that will transfer or purchase coverage through our company at the time of rental.
    Drivers under the age of 25 will incur an additional young driver fee of $20.00 per day. All additional drivers must be physically present at the time of rental to be added to the agreement.

  • RENTAL COVERAGES

    Coverage for the rental vehicle is required and must be established at the time of pickup.

    Proof of insurance is required to accept personal or prepaid insurance.

    Customers using personal insurance must carry full coverage through a provider that extends coverage to rental vehicles, with a deductible of $500 or less.

    Customers using prepaid trip insurance must present a round-trip plane ticket with a departure date matching the last day of the rental in order for coverage to be accepted.

    If no personal or trip insurance is available, we offer a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of pickup, which covers the vehicle in the event of an accident.

  • RENTAL RESTRICTIONS

    The vehicle may only travel in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
    Must be returned to rental location.

  • FINANCIAL POLICIES

    All major credit and bank debit cards accepted. The rental deposit amount is determined by the type of car rented. EVERY AIRPORT RESERVATION requires a return plane ticket, the flight must be on the same day you are scheduled to return. Local customer debit card users please refer to the "Local Traveler Restrictions" section. The deposit for economy, compact, midsize, standard, and full-size vehicles is $300.00 if a credit card is used. $400 if a debit card is used. Full size SUV, Premium, luxury, pickup trucks and 12/15 passenger vans require a $500.00 dollar deposit.

  • REFUELING POLICIES

    Vehicles must return with same amount of gas.

  • RENTER QUALIFICATIONS

    Renters and additional drivers age 21 - 24 will be charged a 20.00/day underage surcharge.
    US or International drivers license. International license must accompany valid country license.
    Bring proof of insurance if using own insurance coverage. Must be full coverage.
